Cancellation & Rescheduling
20+ Days
Cancellations made 20 or more days before your appointment will get a 100% refund of the booking fee.
10-19 Days
Cancellations made 10–19 days before your appointment date will get a 50% refund of the booking fee.
1-10 Days
Cancellations made within 10 days of the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before your appointment and are subject to availability only. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking fee.
Appointment Policy
Be Present
Arriving on time is essential for your service and for respecting other clients’ appointments.
Late Fee
A late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes past your confirmed appointment time.
Timeliness
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled if it affects other scheduled appointments. In such cases, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
